Statmon Support Specialist provides technical support for our proprietary software and associated hardware products with domestic and international customers
Successful staff members must combine excellent customer service with technical expertise to drive issue resolution. Statmon clients include leaders in the broadcast and wireless sectors.
Support customer installations, upgrades, configuration changes, troubleshooting, and complex problem analysis & solution execution.
Document customer inquiries, problems and solutions using the Statmon tracking system.
Assist Statmon Development & QA in product development and testing new product releases.
Implement and coordinate the distribution of updated software releases to customers.
Document installation and upgrade instructions for customer use.
High school degree or equivalent required.
Computer Science/ Information Technology degree or equivalent preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Working knowledge supporting Windows XP and 2003 Server, SQL, VBScript, XML, and SNMP.
Preferred background in Broadcast, Wireless, or related technology industry.
Customer service experience in computer, networking or related technology industries.
